Light shell
The main materials of the light shell in the market are high hardness nylon and aluminum. There are two kinds of surface treatment processes, one is the matte lines, and the other is bright paint.
Front cover glass

Reflector

Bulb and ballast
The bulb and the ballast are two key parts of a light. With these two parts, the light can complete its mission of being a light. On the electricity supply, the majority of HID work lights employ 24V battery. But there is a small part of 12V, 36V and 48V. On the power, the mainstream power used in HID work lights is 35W, and 55W. And the brightness of 35W is equal to that of a 100W halogen light. HID light ballast can produce constant and stable electric voltage.
